This rich and smooth Cabernet from Clone 7 is sourced exclusively from the prestigious SJ Ranch Vineyard, a 7.9-acre parcel atop Chalk Hill, adjacent to the renowned Verité vineyards. Only four small blocks, totaling 2.4 acres, are selected. Our focus on well-drained volcanic soils with minimal organic material enhances growth control, concentration, and complexity in the wine.
