Critical Acclaim
“Its texture is the immediate signature, polished and enveloping, with layers of baked pear, honeydew melon, tangerine oil, toasted almond, saffron, and acacia. On the palate, it moves with silken precision, carrying impressive depth while retaining lift, clarity, and finely judged tension. It stands confidently alongside the celebrated 2022, yet speaks in its own poised, expansive register. Highly recommended. A small production of 100 cases were made.”
98 points – Jeremy Young, The International Wine Report
“The 2023 ‘Collage’ is a barrel selection wine coming from several sites in Sonoma. Stored in barrel for 18 months, and then stored in concrete for six months, this opens with a beautiful bouquet of cardamom drenched pie crust, cantalope and shades of orange blossom. The palate is seamless and silky as this glides throughout the drinking experience. This is amongst the finest Sauvignon Blanc from this region that I have ever tasted. Drink 2026-2036.”
