This set includes Valette’s recipe for Pan Roasted Filet Mignon with Roasted Asparagus, Maine Lobster and Olive Crushed Potatoes. This recipe was created specifically for the Aperture wines and the set includes winemaker Jesse Katz’s never before released 2016 Pinot Noir from Dry Stack Vineyard as well as Chef Valette’s custom spice blend created with ingredients from the Aperture Estate garden.
